What’s included

When a baby comes home from the hospital, having what they need at home matters. Welcome Home, Baby supports infants with practical items that help them begin life at home with comfort and dignity.

Support is based on assessed need and may include a safe place to sleep such as a crib or bassinet, diapers and wipes, clothing, bedding, and feeding supplies. Your support helps ensure more complete care for each baby.
